Description

Unit 4 provides an industrial unit e of 31,630 sq ft constructed with steel portal frame, brick and blockwork and profile sheet metal clad elevations and benefits from an eaves height of 8m. The unit also has significant power capacity of 2.5 MVA. In the main warehouse there are two cranes, one 30 tonne and one 10 tonne. There is also a gantry crane in the lower height warehouse.
